Screen Daily broke the exclusive on Justin McConnell’s shape-shifting horror-thriller Lifechanger entering production in Toronto — with 9 Light Entertainment’s Pasha Patriki serving as executive producer.

Lifechanger follows a murderous shape-shifter on a blood-soaked mission to make things right with the woman he loves. Canadian production companies Unstable Ground and Federgreen Entertainment partnered with US distributor Uncork’d Entertainment and Toronto-based Raven Banner Entertainment to produce and sell the film worldwide.
The cast includes Lora Burke, Elitsa Bako, Jack Foley, Rachel Vanduzer, Steve Kasan, and Ry Barrett. David Scott’s Form & Dynamics handled practical effects, with Sasha Moric serving as director of photography. Patriki is among the executive producers alongside Marvin Waxman and Raven Banner’s Michael Paszt, James Fler, and Andrew Hunt.
